Roy – Pluralistic Counsellor
Specialising in Addiction, recovery and relapse prevention, Trauma & Bereavement (Adults and Children) Anxiety  and Depression.

I’m an Accredited Counsellor (NCPS) offering face-to-face, phone, and virtual sessions. My approach is rooted in Person-Centred Therapy, drawing from CBT and Psychodynamic methods to tailor support to each individual.

With over 24 years of experience in emotional well-being and behaviour in a range of roles in social care I offer a bespoke service to the clients individual needs.

My own personal journey through addiction and recovery, I bring both lived and professional insight to areas such as trauma, addiction, loss, domestic abuse, and attachment. I aim to offer a safe, compassionate space for healing, growth, and lasting change.
