About me

I’m here to help you navigate your way through the many different chapters of your life. At times, our lives can become turbulent, problematic and often painful.  By working together I can help you to overcome some of these difficulties that life brings.

I help adults,  young people and children who may be experiencing challenging or a tough time.

It may be something that is happening now, or something that happened in your past that is still affecting your life today.

It could also be some daily struggles, such as, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, or you may be questioning 'am I good enough?'.

I can support you as you explore and cross these challenges, to walk alongside you, as you navigate your way through each stage to find possible solutions.
You can continue to enjoy living your life to your full potential.  I will help you to find emotional freedom.

Let me tell you a little bit about me (without too much jargon!):

I am a Psychotherapist and Therapeutic Counsellor. I help adults, young people and children with a wide range of issues. I am a leading ADHD/ASD Specialist.

The foundations of my training are to work within a person centred / humanistic modality, which means the relationship between the client and the therapist is always about you.

Through my extensive personal & professional, training and experience.  I can help you as we explore neurodivergent traits together (especially and not limited to ADHD and Autism).

I also help you to find solutions to bridge the gap between the education system and the child / young persons individual needs and well being.  My work is not limited to children and young people.   Perhaps, you are an adult seeking help to navigate and understand your own traits.

Through my extensive training, I use a range of therapeutic modalities within my private practice, to help people explore and find solutions, particularly surrounding ADHD and Autism.  I am currently studying a Masters in Neurodiversity.  This allows me to explore furthermore my research and studies within my specialism's of ADHD/ADD and Autism, to provide you with robust, profound and the very best services.

Have a look at my website to find out some more information about me:

Alongside private practice, I am a Funeral Celebrant.  I help families to prepare to say goodbye to their loved one.  I create and deliver funerals which are a celebration of a persons life.

I currently offer online and face to face (in person) sessions, situated within my Counselling & Psychotherapy Private Practice located within the stunning Salomons Estate Country House, a Victorian Mansion set within thirty-six acres of rolling gardens, parkland and woods.
