Specialist, Neurodivergent-Affirming Supervision
I offer reflective, trauma-informed counselling supervision for qualified counsellors and trainee counsellors at all stages of their professional journey. My supervision practice is grounded in compassion, ethical awareness, and a strong understanding of neurodivergence, trauma, and emotional complexity within therapeutic work.
I provide a supportive and containing supervisory space where you can explore your clinical work, professional identity, emotional responses, and ethical responsibilities with openness and curiosity.

Trainee counsellors and counsellors-in-training
Counsellors working with children, young people, adults, couples, and families
Neurodivergent counsellors, including those with ADHD and autistic traits

I specialise in offering neurodivergent-affirming supervision, supporting counsellors who identify as autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, dyslexic, or who are exploring their neurodivergence later in life.
Supervision sessions can support you to:

Explore masking, overwhelm, imposter syndrome, and emotional fatigue
Work ethically and sustainably with neurodivergent clients
Develop confidence, self-trust, and self-compassion as a practitioner
