About me
Hi I'm Rob, I am a qualified integrative counsellor, which means Instead of adopting a "one-size-fits-all" approach, I draw from a range of therapeutic models—including person-centred therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), and psychodynamic approaches—to tailor our sessions to your unique needs. This flexibility allows us to explore your concerns in a way that resonates with you, helping you gain clarity, develop coping strategies, and move forward with greater confidence.
Life can be complex, and at times, we all need a little extra support to help us make sense of our thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, or maybe you are simply feeling stuck, counselling provides the opportunity to explore these challenges in a way that feels safe, non-judgmental, and empowering.
I believe that counselling is a journey of self-discovery and healing. Together, we can explore patterns of thought and behaviour, uncover past influences, and develop practical strategies to help you move forward with confidence. My aim is not just to help you cope but to empower you to make meaningful, lasting changes in your life.
Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re ready to take the next step, feel free to reach out—I’d be happy to discuss how we can work together to create a future that feels brighter and more fulfilling.
I believe that healing happens through connection, and my approach is built on empathy, trust, and collaboration. Together, we can explore patterns, develop new perspectives, and help you move towards a greater sense of well-being.
I am an accredited Member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).
