About me

Hi I'm Rob, a qualified integrative counsellor who specialises in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) forms the heart of my practice. It is highly effective at helping challenge negative thought patterns, break cycles of overthinking, and develop practical, lasting coping strategies. When beneficial, I also draw on Person-Centred and Psychodynamic insights, allowing me to tailor our work precisely to your individual needs and goals.

If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, generalised anxiety disorder (GAD), excessive worry, low self-esteem, stress, panic attacks, or feeling overwhelmed and stuck, CBT offers clear, evidence-based support. Through CBT, we can identify and change deeply rooted patterns, helping your brain form new neural pathways that support calmer thinking and more positive behaviours. Together we’ll rebuild your confidence, replace unhelpful thinking with balanced perspectives, and help you regain a sense of control, clarity and purpose in life.

I believe counselling is a journey of self-discovery and empowerment and together we can explore the impact of your thoughts and behaviours, whilst building the practical tools you need for meaningful, lasting change. Taking the first step can feel daunting, but you don’t have to face it alone. If you’re ready to move forward, feel free to reach out,  I’d be happy to discuss how we can work together.

If you have any questions or need more information I offer a free, no obligation consultation call.

I am an accredited Member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).
