About me

Afternoon/Evening availability: Online and In Person in Shoreditch and Bishops Stortford

I support individuals, partners, couples navigating life’s challenges whether these changes are anticipated, expected, unexpected, or somewhere in between.

Therapy with me is a space where you can speak openly, feel truly heard, and explore yourself and your relationships more deeply. At times I will challenge to help you notice patterns, consider different perspectives, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

You might be:

  • Affected by changes or choices made by you, by others or that are outside if your control and that impact your life or relationships
  • Experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, or low self-confidence
  • Feeling stuck or disconnected in your relationship or intimate life
  • Experiencing recurring relationship patterns with friends, partner(s), family or at work
  • Finding it difficult to express your needs or feel understood
  • Navigating grief, life transitions, work stress, burnout, or difficult decisions
  • Experiencing changes in your own or your partners sexual and intimate wellbeing

Together, we will explore what is happening and develop new ways forward that feel realistic, balanced, and sustainable, at a pace that feels right for you.

I offer you a calm, confidential space where you can pause, reflect, and make sense of what’s happening, so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and a deeper understanding of yourself, your partner(s), colleagues, family and your relationships helping you to:

  • Build self-understanding and emotional resilience
  • Improve communication and relational awareness
  • Address intimacy, desire, and sexual wellbeing concerns
  • Strengthen trust and connection in relationships
  • Develop healthier patterns at work and in life

The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
