About me
Conflicts, miscommunications, life transitions, and change can deeply affect you. At times, we can become stuck and unsure of the next step. Sometimes, we lose sight of our needs and how to meet them. I offer you space to talk through what is holding you back, and together, we can develop strategies for a better future.
If you're seeking clarity in relationships, be it intimate or work or with family, friends, or yourself, perhaps you need help or clarification; we can explore this together.
I work with couples+ and individuals.
Navigating Emotional Challenges
When relationships, whether personal or professional, encounter difficulties, they can trigger emotions like anxiety, stress, and low self-esteem. My role is to help you understand these emotions and feelings and develop strategies to navigate and overcome them now and in the future.
How I Can Help
I work with clients to deepen their self-awareness, improve communication, and manage complex emotions and thoughts. Whether you're facing everyday stress, a significant relationship breakdown, workplace conflicts, burnout, or navigating life transitions, we will collaborate to find meaningful and effective long-term solutions.
What to Expect in Our Sessions
In each session, you’ll have the opportunity to explore challenges in a supportive, non-judgmental space. We’ll work together to identify patterns, understand the impact, and develop a path forward. My approach balances empathy with constructive challenge, helping you gain insights that can lead to meaningful change.
Tailored Support Through Pluralistic Therapy
I work with a pluralistic approach, meaning we'll collaboratively explore therapeutic methods to find what best suits your unique needs and preferences. This ensures a personalised experience where your autonomy is valued as we work together to define meaningful goals and effective ways to achieve them.
I specialise in:
- Relationships and intimacy, including psychosexual presentations
- Partner(s) Therapy (Couples+)
- Workplace challenges, such as burnout, career transitions, redundancy, bullying, or management difficulties
- Support through relationship changes, breakdowns, and life transitions

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
