About me

Hi, I'm Becky, a counsellor based in Guernsey Channel Islands. I’m fully qualified and insured and am an Accredited Registrant Member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (MNCPS Acc.) I work with children, adolescents, young people and adults. I offer both face-to-face and online counselling, making it easier to access counselling wherever you are in the UK or Channel Islands.

I understand that there are many reasons why someone decides to seek counselling, and I don't underestimate the strength it takes to make that first appointment. I work integratively, which means that I draw from different theories and adapt my approach to the needs of the client. I pace the work to suit the client and offer a calm and non-judgmental space to explore the challenges they are facing.

I have a real passion for working through past experiences and generational trauma. By opening up about these experiences, we can tap into your inner strength and break free from any patterns that might be holding you back. I believe this is key to breaking generational cycles.

You can choose between open-ended or fixed-term sessions depending on what feels right for you. If we decide to work open-endedly, your weekly slot is yours for as long as you’d like it. If you prefer a fixed-term arrangement, we can agree on a number of sessions or a time period to work within.

I aim to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours (Monday–Friday). If you’ve emailed or filled out the contact form, please check your junk or spam folder in case my reply ends up there.
