About me

I know that reaching out for the first time can be scary - it was for me! But once you find the right fit, with the right therapist you will quickly begin to wonder why you hadn't reached out sooner!

I offer a no-obligation free 15 minute phone call to discuss your needs, so drop me an email or give me a ring and start your journey today.

My main concern within therapy is that you feel safe, seen and listened to. This is why I offer a non-judgmental, compassionate approach to helping you overcome those issues that are hindering your happiness. We will work together to identify what you need and how we can help fulfill that in a way that encourages you to move towards happiness and health.

Next Steps.

Email me or give me a ring; it's fairly likely that I may be with a client and cannot answer the phone, but please leave me a message with your name and number and I can call you back. Alternatively, I will reply to emails as soon as possible.

I will answer any questions you have about the process of us starting together and might have some short questions for yourself. This is just to make sure that we are the right "fit" for each other.

If we decide to work with each other we will then organise a suitable time each week for our 50 minute session and discuss fees and our contract of work together.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
