About us

I provide 1:1 online and telephone sessions in a supportive, compassionate and understanding way so you can explore what matters to you.
I will support you to explore things at your own pace, helping you to build a greater awareness of yourself and move towards changes that you feel are right for you.

How I work

I work in a clear, genuine and honest way with a strong focus on realising your potential and needs. By creating a reassuring and purposeful environment I aim to support your journey in therapy. We can use tools from different therapy approaches to find the best fit for you.
I understand that pressures don’t necessarily end when the day does.
Prior to being self-employed, I worked as the Mental Health Lead in a large Secondary School.
The foundation of our work is the therapeutic relationship that we build together, where change can take place.

What therapy can do for you

Our work will centre on developing your self-awareness, enabling you to move forward with a greater sense of hope and clarity.
I work with adults and adolescents with a range of circumstances. I have a specific interest in relationship issues, anxiety, depression, perinatal issues, self-esteem and sleep.

When can you start?

I look forward to hearing from you with any questions.
I offer sessions Monday – Friday … and aim to reply within 24 hours.
You can have as many sessions as you feel necessary.

Member organisations *

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

We have verified that at least one professional at this organisation is registered with the relevant professional body.
