About me
Hi, my name is Paul and I am a psychotherapeutic counsellor based in Haywards Heath, specialising in Transactional Analysis. I am passionate about supporting both couples, relationships and individuals.
My practice is about shining a light on you and your needs as an individual or within your relationship. Accepting the past and seeing your strengths that will take you forwards.
In essence, I help you to see your True Reflection and removing the noise.
Your True Reflection is not what’s on the outside, the clothes, job titles and labels. It was what’s on the inside – the thinking, feeling and behaviour that knows exactly what you need and where to go. It is your guide. It is a map with a destination and it is full of resources to help you on your way.
I help my clients move from where they are today to where they want to be tomorrow. Whether that is to climb out of a hole or climb a mountain. My role is to be with you on the journey.
