About me

My purpose is to be there for anyone who wants emotional support or who could benefit from some emotional support. You see, emotions are all over our body and sometimes we feel lost, stuck, or even confused. That’s the time I would like to come into your life and walk your life journey with you. Just beside you to make you feel that someone is there. Someone is here to listen to you, to hear you out, to understand you and to remind you who you really are! We all have our family and friends, but sometimes it can get too much for them, you would get biased opinions, or some would even start to give you advise. Professional therapy is tailored for you and only you. That time is all about you – for you to offload, reflect, explore, heal, understand and grow! This is your time and only yours!

I am an accredited psychotherapist/counsellor. I have been in this field since 2018. I started this journey as a trainee counsellor at Westminster Drug Project and worked with adults who were struggling with addictions. I then qualified and started to work independently since 2021.

I provide a calm, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard and supported. Together, we explore your thoughts and emotions, discover coping strategies, and work towards clarity, personal growth, and meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

I provide a safe and confidential space - a non judgemental environment which will allow you to tell your story and feel heard. Together we can discuss what has brought you to therapy, discover coping strategies and explore future goals.

Contact me if you would like to experience therapy through talking in a professional and confidential environment.
