About me
Starting therapy/counselling can be daunting. Talking therapy will allow you to have a confidential place where you can heal or be more self-aware. I will provide a space which will make you feel safe and heard. In 2017, I started my career with Westminster Drug Project where I worked with many clients with substantial misuse. Thereafter, I decided to build my own service so I can provide support for my clients.
I would be happy to walk with you on your life journey and give you the support you need. I provide a safe and confidential space - a non judgemental environment which will allow you to tell your story and feel heard. Together we can discuss what has brought you to therapy, discover coping strategies and explore future goals.
