About me
Do you ever find yourself questioning your worth, feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands or longing for relationships where you feel truly seen? Perhaps your mind feels constantly 'on' or you’re carrying far more than those around you realise. If you’re feeling low, anxious, stressed or simply unsure of why things feel so heavy, you’re not alone. I offer a space where you can pause, breathe and begin making sense of what’s going on inside you.
As an integrative therapist with 5 years of experience, I draw upon a range of therapeutic approaches to offer a flexible, tailored experience that supports your unique needs/goals. My core approach combines person-centred therapy, attachment theory and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), creating a compassionate and practical space for healing and growth.
Many people carry the weight of anxiety, low mood or past hurts that shape daily life. As a trauma-informed integrative therapist, I offer a steady, supportive space to explore your experiences at a safe pace. Together we can ease overwhelm, build grounding and strengthen your sense of self with care and trust.. If this feels right, you’re welcome to reach out.
