Together we can think about how past experiences in life may have impacted on your ability to cope and function day to day.
Perhaps you would like to make changes in your life but are unsure where to begin, we can explore your thoughts and feelings in a non-judgmental way.
Counselling can help you to gain an understanding of yourself, ultimately increasing your happiness and confidence, bringing positive changes to your life.
Seeking counselling can be a daunting and anxiety provoking process and it is important that you feel comfortable and find the right therapist for you. In our first meeting we can gain a sense of if it feels right for us to work together, you have have no obligation to continue.
How many sessions will I need?
Everyone is different, some people come along for a few sessions others for several months or longer. During our initial meeting we can decide together what will be best for you, open-ended or a fixed number of sessions, this can be discussed at any time depending on your needs.
Appointments are once a week for 50 minutes.
