About me
The decision to start counselling can be a challenging one, and finding the right counsellor for you is an important first step. My aim is to always provide you with a safe and confidential space you feel listened to, free from judgement, to explore whatever challenges you have been facing.
I understand that everybody has a unique life and experience and as an integrative therapist I am flexible to provide you with the counselling you need. I am trained in Person Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT). This flexibility allows me to provide the best therapy I can for you
During my training I gained a range of experience, from depression, anxiety, abandonment issues, ADHD, addiction, relationship and family difficulties, identity, bereavement and grief, sexual abuse, trauma, as well as issues facing the LGBT such as sexual and gender identity, relationships, and discrimination.
I offer a free 50 minute session for you to find out if counselling is right for you.

Testimonials
“I am eternally grateful for my journey with Nick. I was lost, feeling hopeless, anxious and had so many buried dark secrets when I started counselling. He was so patient, understanding, compassionate and never judged anything I said. He listened and made me think about so many things, breaking it all down and working together.
Nick gave me what I asked for and so much more. I have found self worth, confidence, balance in my life, helped me find my purpose in life. My anxiety is nearly gone and I have techniques to calm down. I’m no longer lost as I am full of hope for the future. I have dealt with the past; the dark secrets are no longer buried, they are out in the open and I’m free from their hold, even with issues as far back as 20 years.
I do not have the words to express how truly thankful I am for Nick and the counselling sessions.”
