About me

I'm Nichola, an integrative Counsellor I offer a safe space to explore your emotions, help you to find coping strategies and build resilience.

I have lots of experience with children and young people I have worked in high schools for 4 years, I feel like young people are misunderstood and need a safe  and confidential space to work through what they are finding hard to deal with.

If your child is finding things difficult and needs a place to share, be heard and explore emotions then feel free to email me and make an appointment to talk about this.

Counselling is for everyone no matter how big or small you feel the problem is, it's important to have a safe place to be heard and understood.

Looking after your mind is just as important as looking after your health, but sometimes it's difficult to take the first step.

Counselling can feel daunting, I offer a free 15 minute consultation to see if I am the fit for you, finding the right counsellor is very important.

Has daily life become difficult and you feel overwhelmed?, trying to balance everything in life from family to work and feel like you a running on empty.

  • Feeling short on the wire and reactive over small things?
  • Emotional and not understanding why ?
  • Feeling like you don't recognise yourself?
  • Wanting to make changes but you are scared?
  • Putting other needs before your own?
  • Struggling to say "no'?
  • Wanting to build self esteem?
  • Do you  have unresolved trauma and want help with it?
  • Have you been struggling with anger and want to understand the emotions you are feeling and why?
  • Are you struggling OCD?

As an Integrative Counsellor, I work with people who want to not just get through the day. They want to explore all the emotions that are going on beneath the surface.

Do you want to feel like yourself again ?, start your journey here in a safe and supportive environment.

Making the decision to come to counselling can be very difficult, shows you have the courage and the strength and want to look after yourself.

Has family life become difficult and you want a confidential space to share your feelings, sharing can help to reduce the anxiety around this.

Are you LGBTQ+ and need a space to share with no judgement, I have worked with lots of clients helping them to build confidence is who they are.

Sometimes life brings up events that can be very hard to deal with and sometimes it can be hard to talk to family and friends. In counselling, you have a space to explore your emotions without judgement.
