About me

I want to help you! I know first hand how hard it is live with anxiety and in 8 years of NHS practice I saw many people like you feeling held back. I can help you develop the tools to live a calmer, more enriched life, just like I did. As a Psychologist I know there are therapies that can really help.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a fully qualified Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health Care Professionals Council (HCPC) and with 8 years of experience working clinically in the NHS with a variety of mental health needs. I am particularly interested in anxiety, specific phobia and social anxiety and have chosen to make these struggles a focus of my work. I also like to work outside and can offer walk & talk sessions.
Member organisations
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
