RegCOSRT Integrative Psychosexual & Relationship Therapist

About me

Hi, I’m Natalie, a compassionate and experienced Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist specialising in couples therapy, intimacy issues, and emotional connection. I work with both couples and individuals, online and in-person, offering a safe, supportive, and judgement-free space to explore relationships, sexuality, identity, and personal wellbeing.

Whether you're facing communication breakdowns, intimacy challenges, divorce, separation, or psychosexual concerns such as low libido, painful sex, or sexual dysfunction, I tailor therapy to your unique experiences and relationship dynamics.

Having worked in both the NHS and private practice, I understand how cultural expectations, faith backgrounds, family dynamics, and societal pressures shape our connections with ourselves and others. My integrative approach combines depth and practicality to support meaningful and lasting change, rooted in the belief that therapy is for the brave, not just those who are ‘broken’.

With my mixed-race Caribbean heritage, I have particular expertise supporting interracial couples, multicultural relationships, and cross-faith partnerships, helping clients navigate the intersection of culture, identity, intimacy, and psychosexual wellbeing. Whether you're facing cultural or religious differences, mixed-race relationship challenges, family pressures, or navigating intimacy across different belief systems, I offer culturally sensitive, faith-informed therapy that honours your full story.

My approach is holistic—honouring mind, body, and spirit—and grounded in professional training and lived experience. I offer therapy that is healing, empowering, and deeply relational.

Additional information

To ensure my services are accessible to everyone, I offer a sliding scale fee structure. This allows clients to pay based on their financial circumstances.

My standard rate is £85 per individual, but I understand that not everyone can afford this. I offer a range of rates from £65 to £75, depending on what feels manageable for your situation.

This system is designed to support those who need it most, while also ensuring I can sustain my practice. Your honesty and transparency are greatly appreciated.

If you are financially stable and able to meet your basic needs, I encourage you to pay closer to the standard rate.

If you are facing financial challenges or experiencing systemic barriers, paying closer to the lower end is completely acceptable.

If you're interested in using the sliding scale, please don't hesitate to reach out. We can discuss what feels fair and sustainable for you during our initial consultation.
