RegCOSRT Integrative Psychosexual & Relationship Therapist

About me

Are you feeling the growing distance in your relationship, emotionally, sexually or culturally, and don’t know how to begin finding your way back?

I’m Natalie Green, a RegCOSRT Integrative Psychosexual & Relationship Therapist. I help couples and individuals who feel stuck, disconnected or overwhelmed by intimacy challenges. Many of the people I support are navigating mixed-heritage or culturally influenced relationships, desire differences, sexual function concerns, or the deep ache of feeling unseen by the person they love.

Whether you’re facing a sexless relationship, struggling with mismatched desire, dealing with painful faith–sexuality conflict, or trying to rebuild trust after betrayal, you don’t have to face it alone.

I create a warm, confidential space where you can explore the emotional, physical and relational layers of your story without pressure or judgement.

How I Work
My approach is integrative, relational and culturally sensitive.

In our work, you can expect:

  • Safe, grounded exploration of the emotional and sexual challenges you’re carrying
  • Clear, expert guidance rooted in psychosexual and relationship science
  • Respect for cultural, faith and identity influences without assuming, stereotyping or dismissing your lived experience
  • A balanced, practical process that moves at your pace while still supporting meaningful change
  • A space where both partners’ needs matter equally if we are working as a couple

I draw from evidence-based approaches such as the Gottman Method, the Developmental Model, Imago, trauma-informed work, and psychosexual therapy. My work is also faith-informed when relevant, helping clients navigate the tension between belief, identity and desire.

What You May Be Coming With
You may recognise yourself in one or more of these experiences:

  • A sexless or low-intimacy relationship
  • Desire discrepancy, where one partner wants more or less sex
  • Sexual function challenges - be they erectile, arousal or orgasm difficulties
  • Painful sex or fear-based avoidance
  • Faith–sexuality conflict or shame around desire
  • Intercultural or mixed-heritage tensions that impact connection
  • The aftermath of betrayal or emotional rupture
  • Feeling lonely, unseen or misunderstood in your relationship

Whatever brings you here, you’ll be supported with empathy, clarity and a process grounded in specialist training and lived understanding.

What working with me feels like
Clients often say they feel understood for the first time, not only as individuals, but as people shaped by culture, family, faith, trauma, hope and desire.

Together we work towards clarity, connection and sustainable intimacy, so you can build a relationship where you feel chosen, known and safe. If you’re ready to begin, I’d be honoured to support you.
