About me

Integrative Psychotherapy for Healing and Wholeness
A Path to Wellbeing

Sometimes life feels overwhelming, and it can be hard to know where to turn. You might be carrying a lot—emotionally, physically, or quietly within—and longing for more ease, clarity, or connection.

Whatever you’re navigating right now, you’re not on your own. Therapy provides a space to pause, breathe, and make sense of things with care and support.

Many people I work with describe a shift from feeling stuck or unsure to gradually reconnecting with clarity, strength, and a more profound sense of peace. Together, we can gently explore what’s ready to shift. And it begins with meeting you just as you are.

Psychotherapy: Where Change Begins with Care

Psychotherapy offers a gentle, supportive space to explore what’s on your mind and in your heart—at your own pace, in your own way.

You might come to therapy for many reasons, such as:

Feeling anxious, low, or emotionally overwhelmed
Facing challenges in relationships or noticing recurring patterns
Navigating grief, trauma, or significant life transitions
Exploring questions around identity, purpose, or self-worth
Or you may be experiencing something harder to name—an inner restlessness, a sense of disconnection, or simply a feeling that something needs to change.

Whatever brings you here, you are welcome.

Our work is shaped by what feels most supportive for you. I bring together person-centred and integrative approaches—drawing on humanistic, psychodynamic, somatic, and trauma-informed practices—with care, sensitivity, and deep respect for your unique journey.

Holistic Integration: Beyond Traditional Therapy

For those seeking a broader path to healing, I may offer, by mutual agreement, an integrative approach that includes energy-based, spiritual, or hypnotherapeutic methods—such as ThetaHealing® and regression therapy. These can be discussed during the initial assessment or at any point in our work together, and are always introduced with your informed consent and at a pace that feels right for you.

Holistic modalities can support:

• Releasing emotional or energetic blocks
• Deep-rooted patterns or inner conflicts
• Psychospiritual growth and connection
• Trauma held in the body or chronic psychosomatic concerns
• Complex emotional experiences that may not respond to talking therapy alone

This integrative work bridges psychological and spiritual dimensions, offering depth and wholeness where traditional approaches may reach their natural limit. These practices are never assumed or expected—they are always optional, co-created, and shaped around what feels meaningful and safe for you.

Your Path, Your Pace
Whether you’re seeking psychotherapy alone or wish to explore a more holistic and integrative approach, our work will be tailored to what feels right for you. This is your journey, guided by your needs. Together, with care, clarity, and collaboration, you’ll find a way of working that supports your healing, growth, and wellbeing

Would you like to take the first step?

If you’re considering taking this next step in your healing, I warmly invite you to get in touch to arrange a 60-minute assessment session. This initial meeting offers a safe and supportive space to explore what’s bringing you here, clarify your goals, and begin shaping a therapeutic path that feels right for you.

I’d be honoured to meet you—online or in person—and begin this journey together

Warmly,
Natalia Nad

About Me

I’m Natalia Nad (BSc, MSc PostGrad, MBACP, MNCPS Acc., MFHT), an integrative psychotherapist specialising in work with adults. I provide a safe, collaborative space to explore life’s challenges—whether emotional, relational, or existential—at your own pace and in your own way.

My core approach is grounded in person-centred and integrative psychotherapy, drawing from humanistic, psychodynamic, somatic, and trauma-informed practices. Sessions are shaped around your needs and goals, offering a compassionate, reflective space to foster growth, clarity, and self-connection.

In addition to psychotherapy, I also offer holistic and energy-based therapies for those who wish to explore deeper levels of healing. This work may include hypnotherapy, ThetaHealing®, Reiki, regression therapy, or other spiritually integrative methods. These modalities are offered either separately or as part of a broader holistic approach—always discussed with you in advance, with full consent and respect for your preferences.

This multi-dimensional way of working, which I call Supreme Consciousness Holistic Therapy, supports people not only in addressing emotional and psychological concerns, but also in clearing energetic blocks and subconscious imprints. It can be especially helpful for those navigating persistent patterns, somatic distress, or psychospiritual concerns.

As a holistic practitioner, I work with individuals of all ages, couples, families, and groups.

Alongside my therapeutic work, I have spoken on BBC Radio, sharing insights on topics such as sexual health, sexual disorders, and fetishism. I am a registered and accredited member of professional bodies including MBACP, MNCPS (Accred), and MFHT, and I follow the ethical standards of each.
