About me

Hello, I’m Monty, an integrative psychotherapist passionate about helping individuals explore life’s big questions, from “Who am I, really?” to “What’s next for me?” I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where we can gently unfold your story together.

My training in integrative therapy, with a natural inclination towards existential approaches, enables me to personalise therapy specifically for you. I utilise a variety of techniques, all aimed at helping you gain insight and discover new possibilities, whether it involves exploring underlying meanings or collaboratively challenging patterns. I am particularly passionate about fostering emotional openness among men, recognising it as a valuable yet often overlooked aspect of self-care.

I’ve supported people from all walks of life, each with their own stories and experiences. My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy and respect, honouring your pace and experience. If starting therapy feels daunting, that’s perfectly normal; I felt the same when I first sat in a therapist’s chair, so I offer the option of starting with a free 20-minute video or phone call to see how we connect and whether it feels right for us to work together.

In therapy, you can expect to be seen, heard, and supported. Through shared presence and gentle challenge, I aim to help you find meaning, strengthen your sense of self, and uncover choices that lead to a life more aligned with your values.

I’m accredited and follow the NCPS Ethical Framework, which ensures confidentiality and ethically grounded care.

Curious if we might be a good match? Feel free to get in touch. I’d be happy to connect and explore how we can work together on your journey.

Outside of my professional pursuits, I enjoy creating art and have a deep affection for dogs. Yoga and swimming are my favourite leisure activities, which I find offer great benefits. Having explored and lived in various countries, I have a keen interest in different cultures and lifestyles, gained from my own adventures and experiences.

Now's the time, get in touch.
