About me
I understand talking about feelings can be difficult. My approach is non-judgemental, calm and compassionate. I firmly believe you are the expert of your own life - you may just need some help along the way. I’m here to listen, be present and offer a calm space for you to explore your emotions, in your own time.
I believe that everyone is unique so I tailor our sessions to your needs and what you'd like to bring to each session. I think it's important to go at your own pace - there's never any rush or expectations from me. I'll invite you to talk about whatever is on your mind and we can work through it together, in a collaborative way.
I have experience working with various common mental health problems, such as:
- work-life stress
- bereavement
- anxiety
- depression or low mood
- low self-esteem or low confidence
- low motivation
- stress and burn out
- relationship or family issues
- life changes and transitions
I'm here for you and whatever you'd like to talk about.
