Welcome to MindHub – Where Real Talk Meets Real Support.
We’re three counsellors who came together with one mission: to make mental health support feel more human, more relatable, and more you.
Between us, we have experience working with young people, adults, couples, trauma, bereavement, anxiety, depression, and all the stuff that doesn’t always fit neatly into a box.
We use proven tools like CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), a practical approach that helps untangle unhelpful thoughts and behaviours. But we also believe deeply in the power of person-centred therapy, which means we see you as the expert in your own life. We’ll listen without judgment, walk at your pace, and build a relationship based on trust, empathy, and respect.
Not into sitting across from someone on a couch? No problem. We also offer walk-and-talk therapy, online sessions, or whatever setup helps you feel most at ease.
MindHub is more than a counselling service, it’s a space to pause, reset, and reconnect with yourself. No judgment. No pressure. Just real conversations and meaningful change.
Training, qualifications & experience
Alison is qualified and registered Person Centred therapist.
Katie and Carol are fully qualified and registered CBT therapists who work individially and with couples.
We are all FdSc qualified through Warwickshire College Group
Between us we have a wealth of experience working with Adults, Couples, Children and Teenagers.
We are a trauma informed practice and work in an integrative creative way to suit each client individually. Special interests include, Bereavement, Domestic Abuse, Anxiety, Depression and Addiction as well as Life Changes and PTSD and couples and relationship therapy.

The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

Additional information
Initial session is £65 to accomodate a longer introductory assessment session of up to 90 mins.
Subsequent individual sessions are £55 with a discount available for block bookings.
Children and Young Person rates are £40
Couples counselling rates: £95 for initial session, £85 for subsequent sessions.
We also offer discounted rates for students.
Consessionary rates also offered, please call us to discuss your needs.
