I am a humanistic and integrative psychotherapist located in the center of Manchester. I offer psychotherapy in English as well as Polish. My aim is to provide a respectful, safe, confidential and supportive environment where clients can explore and work through any emotional or life difficulties. I believe that each individual has the ability to reach their true potential within safe and non-judgemental space that the therapeutic relationship can offer.
I work with adults concerning the following: depression, anxiety, stress, bereavement and loss, work related issues, post traumatic stress disorder or any type of trauma, relationship issues, sexual identity issues, anger management problems, low self esteem, lack of self-care, living with serious illness and family issues.
I work with clients in a collaborative way to best meet their needs as it is crucial to empower the individual and show them that they are the one who are capable of change.
I am a member of British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, I am insured and work ethically according to BACP standards.

Training, qualifications & experience
I hold MA in Psychotherapy as well as Higher Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy,
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
