About me
If you've found your way here, something has probably brought you to this point: a sense that things could be different, that patterns keep repeating, or simply that you're carrying more than you want to carry alone. Whatever has led you here, I want you to know that reaching out takes courage, and that you don't have to have everything figured out before we begin.
I work collaboratively, walking alongside clients as we explore together what shapes their inner world: the thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and relational patterns that have often developed for very good reasons, even when they no longer serve. My outlook is holistic: I believe it matters to hold the whole person in mind (emotionally, psychologically, physically, and where relevant, spiritually), rather than treating a set of symptoms in isolation. The goal, as I see it, is not simply to reduce distress but to help people move toward something more expansive: a fuller, more authentic relationship with themselves and with others.
The foundation of that work is the therapeutic relationship. I bring warmth, honesty, and genuine curiosity to every session, and I believe it is within the experience of being truly met by another person that something begins to shift. Not through insight alone (though that, of course, matters) but through the quality of connection itself. This is why I work relationally, attending not just to what you bring but to what unfolds between us in the room.
My approach is integrative, shaped around the individual rather than drawn from a single model. Rooted in relational and developmental thinking, I draw on psychodynamic understanding, Attachment Theory, DBT, CBT, Internal Family Systems, and somatic approaches, bringing in whatever is most useful for the person and the moment, always guided by intuition, empathy, and evidence-based practice.
Before training as a therapist, I spent several years working in the theatre and arts sector, and that background lives quietly in how I work. I frequently encourage clients to engage with creative outlets in whatever form feels natural (writing, movement, making) because creativity can reach places that words sometimes cannot.
I am committed to anti-oppressive, identity-conscious practice. Sessions with me are an inclusive space where all aspects of who you are: your culture, identity, sexuality, gender, neurodivergence, and lived experience of the world, are not only acknowledged but actively held with care. I work with a particular attentiveness to the ways systemic inequality and marginalisation shape inner life, and I bring that awareness into the room rather than leaving it at the door.
The shape of the work
I see clients in person at my practice in Fitzrovia, Central London, and online. I work with adults on both an open-ended basis and within a goal-oriented framework, depending on what is most appropriate.
Sessions are 50 minutes and take place at the same time each week. Regularity and consistency are what allow trust to develop and the work to deepen over time. For this reason, I don't offer sessions less frequently than weekly, as longer gaps can affect the continuity and containment of the process. Where it is helpful and availability allows, twice-weekly sessions can be arranged during periods of greater difficulty.
Getting started
Our first sessions take the form of an assessment. This is an opportunity for me to understand your history, what is bringing you to therapy, and what you are hoping for from the work. It is equally a chance for you to get a sense of how I work and for us to begin shaping a way forward together that feels right for you.
If you think you might benefit from therapy, please do get in touch. Together we can begin to make sense of what you're carrying, and work toward not just navigating difficulty, but building a life with more space, connection, and joy in it.

Experience
I began my clinical career as a counsellor at Start2Stop, one of London's leading residential rehabilitation centres, working with individuals in recovery from addiction and eating disorders. My role encompassed individual therapy, group facilitation, DBT skills delivery, and family work, giving me an early and thorough grounding in complex, co-occurring presentations and the kind of sustained clinical engagement that residential treatment demands.
Following this, I worked as a Dialectical Behaviour Therapist at the Priory Hospital North London, further developing my clinical skills within a structured, multidisciplinary environment.
I now work exclusively in private practice at my clinic in Fitzrovia, Central London and online.
Clients I have worked with
Across these settings, I have had the privilege of working with people from diverse backgrounds navigating a wide range of difficulties, including: anxiety, trauma and PTSD, ADHD and neurodivergence, addiction and substance dependency, eating disorders (including anorexia nervosa, bulimia, binge-eating, and ARFID), depression, personality disorders, sexuality and identity concerns, sex and porn addiction, self-harm, low self-worth, inner-child work, relational difficulties, and attachment trauma.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
