About me

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling to find meaning, you’re not alone. Life’s struggles can weigh us down, leaving us feeling adrift, as if there’s an invisible barrier between us and the life we want to live. I understand that place - I’ve been there too. My own experience in therapy has shown me the profound impact of being truly understood. Therapy, to me, is more than just a space to talk; it’s where genuine transformation can unfold.

Perhaps you’re facing anxiety, depression, past trauma, relationship issues, or a sense that life could be different. Maybe these challenges have started to feel like they’re shaping each day. I’m here to support you in uncovering the parts of yourself that feel silenced or unseen, helping you find a new way forward.

In the therapy room, I bring warmth, openness, and resilience, with a commitment to meet you wherever you are in your journey. My experience in the NHS has given me a deep respect for the diversity and complexity of people’s lives, and I will stay fully present with you as we explore, no matter how challenging things may feel.

Our work together is a journey uniquely yours, led by your insights, needs, and experiences. I believe in the healing power of feeling truly seen and heard, and I’m dedicated to providing a compassionate space where you can safely explore your thoughts and emotions at a pace that feels right for you. Therapy doesn’t have to be daunting—it can be an empowering step toward reconnecting with your strengths, rediscovering your voice, and beginning to reshape your story. Together, we’ll navigate your experiences, creating space for insight, healing, and growth.

If this resonates with you, It’d be great to connect and explore how we can work together to help you move forward. Reach out for an initial conversation, and let’s begin your path to a more fulfilling life.

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
