About me

My name is Mary, and I am a Pluralistic counsellor who tailors counselling to your unique situation. I blend various methods, adapting to your pace and preferences. We are all unique, and your circumstances, finding your strengths, and exploring your potential are vital aspects of embracing your journey into wellness. The core of my work centres around adapting to your pace and what feels most comfortable for you. Your feedback and preferences are so important!

I have worked with various issues, including bereavement, anxiety, motivation, confidence, trauma, and cultural issues. I combine different counselling methods to create an experience that suits you best. Compassion-oriented practices are at the root of my approach and I also use creativity tools such as paintings and creative writing.

Taking the first step to counselling can feel very daunting, but it is the beginning of a different journey. This journey involves self-discovery in a safe, compassionate and supportive space. I offer a free initial session. If you would like to reach out to ask any questions or chat about the counselling process, find out if we are a good fit.

  • Masters Diploma in Clinical Neuropsychology, Universidad Pablo de Olavide, Spain 2012
