About me
I’m a Counselling Psychologist with extensive experience supporting individuals, couples, and groups through a wide spectrum of psychological challenges. My approach is integrative and pluralistic: I use evidence-based interventions but tailor the work according to each person’s unique circumstances. Therapy with me is collaborative, adaptive and effective.
I specialise in working with psychological and emotional complexity, including:
- Personality difficulties
- Trauma, PTSD, and complex PTSD
- Childhood trauma
- Interpersonal and relational issues across the lifespan, from adolescence through to older adulthood
- Relationship issues (family and couples)
- ADHD and Autism
- Mood disorders and anxiety disorders
- OCD
- Psychotic presentations
A core part of my work involves recognising how these experiences intersect with cultural identity, life transitions, and family dynamics. I am deeply committed to bringing cultural humility and sensitivity into each session, honouring the nuanced realities that shape your mental health.
Whether you’re navigating a specific challenge, recovering from a significant life event, or seeking deeper insight into yourself and your relationships, I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental, and empowering space where meaningful and lasting change can occur.
My doctoral research explored the interplay between personality traits, attachment styles, and the therapeutic relationship in shaping therapeutic progress - an area that continues to inform and enrich my clinical work today.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
