About me
Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you're already carrying a lot emotionally. Finding the right therapist is about more than choosing an approach—it's about finding someone with whom you feel safe, understood and able to be yourself.
I am a BACP Accredited Person-Centred Counsellor and Psychotherapist offering Person-Centred Counselling and Somatic Trauma Therapy to adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, emotional overwhelm, and major life transitions.
Whether you're struggling with the impact of a recent experience or carrying the effects of the past, therapy can offer a space to slow down, make sense of what you're going through, and reconnect with yourself.
My approach is grounded in empathy, acceptance and genuine human connection. I believe healing begins within a trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel heard, accepted and free to explore your experience at your own pace.
Alongside Person-Centred Counselling and Psychotherapy, I also offer Somatic Trauma Therapy. This body-based approach recognises that difficult experiences can affect not only our thoughts and emotions but also our nervous system. By gently working with both mind and body, therapy can help develop greater emotional regulation, resilience and a deeper sense of safety.
I work collaboratively and tailor therapy to your individual needs. Some clients choose Person-Centred Counselling, others Somatic Trauma Therapy, while many benefit from integrating both approaches.
I offer therapy in a comfortable and confidential practice in Clydebank, Glasgow, as well as online sessions across the UK. I also offer sessions in both English and Polish.
I am a registered provider with AXA Health, Aviva, and WPA.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
Before entering private practice, I worked in a variety of settings, most recently with a hospice and bereavement network, supporting people through grief, loss, and major life transitions. I have also worked with young people, and adults facing challenges such as low self-esteem and identity struggles, feelings of anxiety, stress, and depression, difficult life changes and transitions, spirituality and existential concerns.
I am committed to providing a counselling service that is welcoming, inclusive, and respectful of all individuals. I believe that everyone has the right to be heard and supported without fear of judgement or discrimination.
