About me

Hello and welcome. I am a HCPC-registered Counselling Psychologist, currently working across NHS secondary care, private practice and the voluntary sector. I offer therapy to adults experiencing a wide range of emotional difficulties, including anxiety, low mood, trauma, relationship difficulties, identity concerns, and periods of transition or distress.

I am bilingual and culturally informed, and I work in a way that is sensitive to each individual’s background, values, and lived experience. I recognise that no two people are the same, and my work is always tailored to your specific needs, goals, and circumstances.

I work integratively, drawing on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Mentalisation-Based Therapy (MBT). I also have specialist experience in autism assessments and neurodevelopmental formulations, which can be particularly helpful where individuals are seeking greater self-understanding.

I understand that seeking psychological support can feel daunting. I aim to offer a warm, non-judgemental, and confidential space where you can feel safe to explore what has been difficult. I offer a free 15-minute video consultation to help us decide whether working together feels like the right fit.
