About me
Are you or a member of your family finding it challenging to cope with certain aspects of your life right now? Do you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or need a safe space to share your thoughts, emotions, and struggles with someone who will truly listen?
I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where adults, children, and young people can confidently thrive and overcome obstacles. My holistic approach focuses on building resilience, enhancing communication skills, and fostering emotional well-being. Together, we can work towards creating positive changes and a more fulfilling life.
I offer a free initial session, giving us the opportunity to connect and explore how I can support you on your journey.
My aim is to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health services tailored to each client's unique needs. With a focus on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Person-Centred Therapy, I help clients navigate life's challenges and achieve personal growth.
I work with issues such as abuse, ADD/ADHD, anxiety, autism spectrum, bereavement, child-related issues, depression, eating disorders, health-related issues, identity issues, loss, neurodiversity, OCD, phobias, relationships, self-esteem, self-harm, sexual identity, sexuality, stress and trauma.
I also offer home visits, walking therapy and online counselling through Teams or Zoom.

My experience is working with children, young people, and adults, helping them navigate their challenges with compassion and understanding. My experience also extends to supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community and individuals from ethnic minorities, addressing their specific needs and creating a safe, inclusive space for open dialogue. Throughout my journey, I have honed my skills in active listening, empathy and fostering trust, enabling me to guide clients through personal growth, resilience and self-discovery. This work has deepened my appreciation for diversity and taught me the value of meeting each person where they are and providing tailored support to empower them in their lives.
