About me
Hello and welcome.
Do you find yourself stuck in limiting patterns, and frustrated because you know there is more to you and life than what you've been taught to believe? You may be questioning your relationships, work, your abilities and a general sense of who you are and what you're place is in this world.
I am an experienced psychotherapist with over twenty years of practice, working with adults and young people. I offer a calm, confidential and non-judgemental space where we can gently explore what’s been happening for you, and what you would like to change.
I have particular experience and a passion for supporting people who have been affected by emotionally complex relationships. Leaving a lasting impact, such as anxiety, guilt, difficulty trusting yourself, or feeling responsible for others’ wellbeing.
Together, we can begin to make sense of these patterns, understand where they come from, and create space for something different.
My approach is relational and integrative, primarily grounded in talking therapy. I also draw on body-based and holistic approaches where helpful, supporting a deeper awareness of both emotional and internal experience. The work is collaborative and paced around you.
If you’re looking for a space where you can begin to understand yourself more clearly, feel more grounded, and move towards a way of living that feels more like your own, please send me a message via this profile, text or email me. I aim to respond within 24–48 hours.
You’re welcome to reach out, even if you’re unsure what you need yet.
