Hello and welcome.
Do you find yourself stuck in limiting patterns, and frustrated because you know there is more to you and life than what you've been taught to believe? You may be questioning your relationships, work, your abilities and a general sense of who you are and what you're place is in this world.
I am an experienced psychotherapist with over twenty years of practice, working with adults and young people. I offer you a space where together, we can gently explore what’s been happening for you, and what you would like to move closer towards.
I have particular experience and a passion for supporting people who have been affected by emotionally complex relationships, such as Narcissistic abuse. Dynamics that can leave a lasting impact, such as feeling lost and unsure who you are, anxiety, guilt, feeling responsible for others’ wellbeing and difficulty trusting yourself and others.
Together, we can begin to make sense of these patterns, understand where they come from, release trapped trauma to create space for something different.
My approach is relational and integrative, primarily grounded in talking therapy. I also draw on body-based and holistic approaches such as Tapping (TFT) and Somatic Trauma Therapy, supporting a deeper awareness of both emotional and internal experience. The work is collaborative and paced around you.

In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
