Supervision details
I provide supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists who are looking for a relational, reflective, and responsive supervisory space.
My training is in Passionate Supervision, developed by Robin Shohet, and I work primarily with the Seven-Eyed Model as an organising framework. This allows supervision to move fluidly between the client, the therapist, the relationship between them, and the wider systems in which the work is held.
I do not work to a fixed or rigid session structure. Instead, I see supervision as a container that adapts to what is most alive and relevant for the counsellor at any given time. Client material is, of course, central, but sessions may also include discussion of practice development, referrals, finances, attendance patterns, ethical dilemmas, or the emotional impact of the work.
There is also space to acknowledge the counsellor as a whole person. Life events, internal responses, and personal patterns often inform clinical work, and I welcome these conversations when they feel important. As I often say, everything is in the mix, and through exploring it together, clarity and integration can emerge.
The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations.
