About me
A safe, professional space to be seen, heard, and supported.
Life can feel overwhelming when you’re carrying too much alone — anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties, identity questions, or work-related pressure can all quietly erode your wellbeing. Therapy offers a space to pause, breathe, and begin making sense of what’s happening beneath the surface.
I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist offering a warm, grounded, and highly professional therapeutic space where you can speak freely and feel deeply understood. I work from the belief that you are the expert in your own life; my role is to support you with skill, care, and clarity as you reconnect with yourself and move forward with greater confidence.
My work is integrative and trauma-informed, meaning each session is tailored to you rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. Depending on your needs, I draw from person-centred therapy, psychodynamic work, CBT, and mindfulness-based approaches. Together, we will explore your experiences, understand patterns, and gently work towards meaningful change — at your pace.
Clients often come to me for support with:
• Anxiety, overwhelm, and burnout
• Trauma and past experiences
• Relationship and family issues
• Identity, culture, and belonging
• Work-related stress and leadership pressure
• Emotional regulation and self-worth
I am the founder of IntraWELLTH, a counselling and psychotherapy service offering culturally sensitive support to individuals, families, and organisations. I have extensive experience working within the NHS and across complex areas including trauma, abuse, substance misuse, offending behaviour, mental health difficulties, and workplace stress.
Alongside individual therapy, I provide wellbeing workshops and mental health consultancy for organisations seeking to create healthier, more psychologically safe cultures. This systemic lens informs my clinical work, bringing depth, insight, and care into every session.
Services offered:
• Individual therapy
• Family therapy
• Creative & interactive wellbeing workshops
• Corporate mental health training
• Team wellbeing days
• Consultancy for organisations
If you’re looking for a therapist who offers both professional depth and human warmth, I invite you to reach out. You don’t have to navigate this alone.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
