About me
If things aren't going well at the moment and you feel alone then maybe I can help? I offer the opportunity to explore whatever may be causing you pain and anxiety in a safe and caring space. Rather than stick to a particular methodology or a standard script of answers I offer a service which is a dialogue and a joint exploration of your thoughts and feelings with regards to your situation.
Some people come because they want short term help with a particular issue which may be causing them problems with getting on with the process of living. Other people come because they would like to work longer term with a complexity of issues sometimes originating from childhood.
Whatever is worrying you book an initial session and see if working with me helps make a difference.
Training, qualifications & experience
Welcome to my practice! As a qualified Jungian Analyst and Analytical Psychologist, I bring over seven years of rigorous training from the Guild of Analytical Psychology. I am a member of the UKCP and the International Association of Analytical Psychology (IAAP) and one of the few BAME Jungian Analysts worldwide. With an interest in the arts, teaching, global and national events, religion and spirituality, I have a unique perspective in my sessions. I have limited online availability, and I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward self-discovery and healing.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
