About me
Starting therapy can feel like a big step if you’re struggling with anxiety, low mood, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, or a sense of being stuck, it can be hard to know where to begin. You may not yet have the words for what you're feeling, and that’s okay. I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can feel safe, heard, and supported as we explore what’s going on for you.
How I Work
I bring over 20 years of experience in coaching, mentoring, and therapeutic practice. I work in an integrative and relational way, drawing from different therapeutic approaches depending on your needs.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that a strong, trusting relationship is what enables real change. Our connections with others deeply shape our emotional well-being and our ability to navigate life’s challenges. Together, we’ll work to better understand your experiences and support healthier relationships with yourself and the people in your life.
My Practice
I run a busy practice in East and South East London, working with a wide range of people. This includes working parents, whether they are navigating the early stages of parenthood or raising teenagers, as well as young adults, individuals facing major life transitions, people coping with health diagnoses, and men who may find it more difficult to access therapy. I work with people from their late teens through to their 80s, tailoring the work to meet each person’s stage of life.
My private practice includes clients from the creative industries, such as artists and television or theatre actors, as well as individuals in academia, healthcare, and the corporate world. My life experience and study have enabled me to work with difference and diversity. In my practice I am committed to continuous learning to enable me to be ever more helpful to my clients.
About Me
Before becoming a therapist, I trained in the arts and spent 15 years working in high-pressure industries such as big tech, banking, and law. I’ve always been drawn to working with people, but over time I developed a deep curiosity about the roots of emotional suffering and how people heal.
My own experience in therapy was the beginning of that exploration. It helped me better understand myself and ultimately inspired me to train as a therapist.
Today, I integrate my background in the creative arts with my experience in demanding professional environments. I often incorporate creative approaches, as I find they can be powerful tools for uncovering unconscious feelings and relational patterns.
I love the work I do and feel incredibly privileged to support others on their path toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and connection.
Alongside my private practice, I also mentor university students across the UK who are living with ADHD, dyslexia, and autism. I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds, including neurodivergent individuals who may have felt misunderstood or unsupported in other areas of life.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Additional information
I currently have Midday and 5pm on Monday available at the Haggerston office.
I understand that therapy is a financial commitment, and it’s important to know what you're investing in. My fee of £90 reflects the depth of training and experience I bring to our work together. I trained for over four years to qualify as a psychotherapist, which included over 450 supervised clinical hours and 200 hours of personal therapy. This wasn’t just academic - it was an immersive, rigorous process designed to ensure I can support clients safely and effectively.
Beyond the hour we spend together, each session involves preparation, ongoing professional supervision, and time for thoughtful reflection. Therapy isn’t simply a conversation - it’s a process that requires emotional presence, skill, and sustained mental energy. To work ethically and offer high-quality care, I limit the number of clients I see, which also allows me to be fully present and engaged with each person I work with.
I’m aware that £90 may not be accessible for everyone, especially in the current economic climate, which is why I offer a limited number of concessionary spaces. I’ve thought carefully about my fee, and it reflects both the value of the work and my commitment to offering a safe, thoughtful, and professional therapeutic space.
