About me
I am an Integrated Person-Centred Counsellor working in Gloucester, Cheltenham and Bristol, offering counselling services face-to-face, via telephone, and online. Choosing to begin counselling is a brave and personal step.
It’s natural to feel vulnerable, uncertain, or even overwhelmed at the start. I’m here to support you on the part of your journey that has led you to consider therapy. At the heart of my work is a commitment to creating a safe, calm, and welcoming space - where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of judgment or pressure.
Our relationship will be built on trust, safety, and acceptance, and we will work at a pace that feels right for you. This is your space. Whether you're seeking to understand yourself better, process painful experiences, or simply need support navigating life’s challenges, I’m here to walk alongside you.
Together, we can explore what matters most to you, helping you find clarity, resilience, and new ways to cope. I have worked within both agency settings and private practice, supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and life stages through many issues, including health challenges, menopause, family and relationships, low self-confidence and worth, grief and loss, anxiety, hopelessness, trauma, and more.
