BACP & NCPS | EMDR Practitioner ACC | Trauma Psychotherapist

About me

I specialise in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), taking an attachment-informed approach to support clients in understanding and addressing the impact of trauma and PTSD. I am an EMDR Europe accredited Practitioner, a BACP registered therapist and NCPS accredited member. I aim to provide a compassionate, collaborative space where you can explore your emotions, heal from past experiences, and build a more authentic and fulfilling life.

I work with a variety of organisations, including rehabilitation companies, emergency services, insurance providers, Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs), schools, adoption agencies, and local councils. My practice holds contracts with Adopt London East and Adopt London West, and I am also an Approved Adoption Counsellor with Barnardo’s LINK, having supported communities across the UK through the Trauma Response Network. In addition, I welcome self-referrals, ensuring that therapy is accessible to anyone seeking support.

A Safe and Supportive Space

Therapy is a chance to explore challenges in a confidential, supportive environment. Drawing on evidence-based approaches, particularly EMDR, IFS, and attachment theory, I help clients reconnect with their inner resources, make sense of difficult emotions, and work through patterns that no longer serve them. Whether you are facing trauma, PTSD, or relationship challenges, I am here to guide and support you on your journey.

Flexible Support Tailored to You

I offer therapeutic services designed to meet the needs of individuals and organisations alike, including flexible options such as therapy intensives for clients who benefit from more concentrated, multi-day work. No matter how you come to therapy, whether through an organisation or self-referral, we will work together to create a tailored approach that suits you.

Take the First Step Towards Healing

Taking the step to reach out can feel daunting, but it is a powerful act of self-care and the first move towards change. Whether you’re ready to begin therapy or simply want to know more, I encourage you to get in touch. Together, we can work towards healing, resilience, and creating a life that feels true to who you are.

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
