Anxiety, Generalised anxiety disorder, relationships, depression, panic disorders, bereavement or change in routine, any life event or even non event can send us off course.
Through personal and professional experiences I am aware that we often find it difficult to create a space for ourselves in our busy lives where we can begin to discover what is and isn't working for us and who we truly are or would like to be.
I promote mental health and well being by using a variety of evidenced based approaches in my work, depending on what works for you.. I aim to provide a safe space where I can support you on your journey. Often looking inwardly can be frightening and embarrassing; the counselling is without judgement, bias or prejudice.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have a Foundation Degree in science for Humanistic Counselling, awarded by Bath Spa University a Level 5 Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, a Certificate in Counselling Studies and a Certificate in Counselling Skills.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and hold a current Certificate of Proficiency.
I am fully insured and committed to continued professional development.
