About me
Taking the first step towards therapy can feel overwhelming. You may be feeling anxious, stressed, stuck, or unsure where to begin. Perhaps you’ve been carrying difficult emotions or experiences for a long time. Whatever has brought you here, you don’t have to face it alone.
I provide a warm, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences at your own pace. Whether you’re looking for short-term support or a longer therapeutic journey, I’ll work alongside you with compassion, empathy and respect.
I believe every person deserves to feel heard, understood and accepted. Together we’ll explore what’s happening in your life, develop greater self-awareness and work towards meaningful, lasting change in a way that feels right for you.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Finding the right counsellor is an important part of the therapeutic process, and I understand that taking the first step can feel daunting. My aim is to provide a warm, safe and supportive environment where you feel comfortable exploring whatever is on your mind.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, empathy and acceptance. Every person is unique, which is why I tailor my approach to your individual needs. Together, we will work at a pace that feels right for you, exploring your thoughts and experiences in a way that helps you gain greater self-awareness and move towards meaningful, lasting change.
Building a strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my practice. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, understood and valued, allowing you to speak openly without fear of judgement.
