She assists clients in managing challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, substance misuse issues, grief, assertiveness, anger, bullying and post-natal depression
Lindsay has a special focus on helping individuals heal from toxic and narcissistic relationships, recognising the deep emotional impact these relationships can have. She works closely with her clients to rebuild their self-worth, strengthen healthy boundaries, and restore their confidence.
Lindsay also has extensive experience in addressing personal and professional relationship issues, helping clients navigate workplace dynamics, set boundaries, and create healthier, more fulfilling connections.
In addition to her expertise in behavioural and substance use issues, including supporting those in 12 step recovery. Lindsay is passionate about supporting individuals recovering from trauma, including complex PTSD, childhood emotional neglect, bullying, and childhood sexual and physical abuse.
In addition to her work with relationship issues, Lindsay is highly experienced in helping clients navigate attachment-related concerns and attachment disorders. She recognizes how early attachment patterns can influence adult relationships and emotional health. Lindsay provides empathetic, tailored support to help them understand their patterns, heal from past wounds, and build more secure and meaningful relationships.
Resilience Building and Sensitivity Support
A core part of Lindsay’s work involves helping clients build emotional resilience, particularly those who may be highly sensitive or feel overwhelmed by life’s demands. She guides individuals in strengthening their ability to cope with challenges, bounce back from setbacks, and maintain emotional balance in the face of adversity.
Lindsay creates a safe and nurturing environment where clients can explore their vulnerabilities and develop the resilience they need to thrive.
