About me

Reconnect, Heal and Strengthen

SEEKING therapy can be challenging—both in finding a therapist who feels like the right fit and in opening up about the issues that may be causing anxiety, worries, depression, loneliness, or stress. Taking that step may not be easy, but choosing to reach out for help is a powerful and brave first step towards yourself and healing.

SOMETIMES, there isn’t a clear problem to name, but you may notice feelings of unhappiness, low mood, irritation, restlessness, boredom, or a sense of meaninglessness and lack of direction. Whether a specific issue is present or not, talk therapy can be a valuable step, but it can also be challenging to face the issue(s) you are currently dealing with.

A little about me:

SINCE 2006, I have worked as a psychotherapist and counsellor, helping hundreds of individuals, couples, and families from diverse cultural backgrounds, conducting thousands of sessions. My personal and professional journey is deeply international and multicultural, and I love helping and guiding people in their lives.

COUPLES THERAPY can be especially valuable when facing challenges such as communication difficulties, conflict resolution, intimacy or sexual issues, loss of passion or romance, trust concerns, infidelity, jealousy, or when contemplating separation or divorce.

COUPLES THERAPY provides a safe and supportive space to explore these issues and more, gain a deeper understanding of each other, and develop practical strategies to navigate life’s ups and downs together. With guidance, you can both transform challenges into opportunities for growth, creating a relationship that is not only resilient but also joyful, harmonious, and deeply fulfilling. This often depends on the stage of your relationship or marriage when you seek couples therapy. Typically, couples seek professional therapeutic help at a very advanced stage of their communication breakdown, emotional and physical disconnect, and unhappy living situations. Don't delay the process any further and reach out today.

INTERCULTURAL COUPLES THERAPY is especially beneficial for couples in an interfaith or multicultural relationship/marriage. I have been working extensively with couples, families, and individuals in interfaith and multicultural relationships and marriages over the last five years.

Beyond the richness of cultural diversity that multicultural and interfaith couples bring to their relationship, they may also experience additional layers of complexity from the mix of cultures each partner brings.  Intercultural couples therapy, then, is a good fit for resolving complex issues that often arise around cultural values, norms, beliefs, customs, blended families, religion, language usage, parenting and more.

DON'T feel stuck  -- 'If you don't change anything, nothing changes'.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
