About me

I am a qualified counsellor and registered member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society. I offer a safe and confidential space, where everyone is warmly welcomed. Whether you are navigating life's challenges or facing unique struggles, my counselling services are tailored to help you find clarity, resilience and a path towards positive change. I am passionate about the work I do and understand that everyone is unique, which is why I tailor my one-to-one sessions to meet individual needs. I blend various therapeutic approaches, including Person Centered, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with my background in Yoga and embodiment practices to heal the entire mind, body and spirit.

I am able to work with you through issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, sexual abuse and past trauma of any kind.

I also have experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community and offer all of my clients respect, autonomy and confidentiality.
