About me
Feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or stuck in a cycle of anxiety? I help adults regain control and find contentment.
Therapy with me is transition-focused. Whether your goal is to make a meaningful life change or learn to regulate unavoidable distress, we map that path out together, fleshing out and reviewing each step along the way.
I’m a BACP-registered integrative psychotherapist, which means I blend different therapeutic modalities tailored specifically to what you need (from psychodynamic and relational approaches to practical cognitive behavioural tools (CBT)). My practice is grounded in a person-centred foundation, building a therapeutic relationship rooted in genuine warmth, transparency, and trust. I offer a supportive space where you can feel deeply understood, paired with direct, gentle challenge to help you navigate real change.
Throughout my life, whether I was studying character psychology and human drive while performing in the West End, managing high-performing corporate teams with guidance from ex-GB sports psychologists, or sitting face-to-face with individuals in crisis at a specialist suicide prevention service, one constant remained: a deep, natural curiosity about the human experience.
In my private practice, I bring this understanding to our work together helping you process difficult emotions, navigate high-pressure stress, and find clarity when life feels overwhelming. This broad background - spanning continents - allows me to meet you with down-to-earth empathy, real-world understanding, and a clear, structured focus on your growth. I offer an LGBTQ+ affirming, anti-racist, and neurodiversity-informed space where you can bring your whole self without judgment.
Why people reach out
Often, clients come to see me when their current situation feels overwhelming or unliveable. You might be experiencing intense anxiety, burnout, or panic attacks, feeling as though your nervous system is constantly on high alert just to keep up.
In those moments, our immediate priority is practical emotional regulation to help you regain your footing. From here we can map out where you want to go next. I work with adults and young adults (typically ages 18-45) navigating experiences such as:
- Anxiety, panic attacks, and OCD
- Workplace stress, burnout, and life transitions
- Depression, low mood, and suicidal ideation
- ADHD, Autism, and neurodivergent experiences
- Relationship challenges, identity, and sexuality

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
