About me

I work with all people and genders who are navigating anxiety, burnout, low mood, grief, difficult relationships, or just a heavy sense of “something’s not right.” If that’s you, you’re in the right place.

I support people who:

  • Experience regular anxiety or depression
  • Find it hard to trust or connect with others
  • Fear rejection
  • Repeat painful patterns in relationships
  • Feel overwhelmed by emotional closeness or distance

Therapy with me can help you:

  • Build more secure and trusting relationships
  • Heal unresolved childhood wounds
  • Develop emotional regulation and resilience
  • Gain clarity about your needs, triggers, and boundaries
  • Break free from self-sabotaging patterns
  • Increase self-worth, confidence, and inner calm
  • Experience healthier intimacy and connection

I offer online therapy sessions or in-person in Egham, Surrey, and our sessions are a space where you get to slow down, be heard, and figure out what’s next.

A bit about me

I’m a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist working with adults across the UK and registered member of the British Association of Counselling Psychotherapy.

  • M.BACP Registered Counsellor (British Association of Counselling Psychotherapy
  • Dip. Level 2, 3, 4 and 5 in Person-Centered and Attachment Psychotherapy

People often say I bring a sense of calm into the room. I work with compassion and intuition, holding a grounded space for you to explore whatever you need to.

I’m not here to give advice or fix you. You’re not broken. What I offer is space – to slow down, get curious, and gently move forward at your pace.

This space is for you if...

  • You want more freedom and ease in how you live
  • You’re tired of feeling anxious, low, or out of control
  • You’re going through something and want to feel less alone in it
  • You’ve lost connection with yourself and want to find your way back
  • You’re ready to be met with kindness instead of judgement

How long should I have counselling for?

This is entirely up to you. I work with people weekly or fortnightly if it is longer term. I usually suggest a minimum of 6 sessions and we can discuss this based on what you're looking for after our free initial call together.

Ready when you are
If something here speaks to you - trust that. It’s okay not to have all the answers. You’ve taken the first step. Let’s take the next one together.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
