About me
Perhaps you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to turn. Therapy can offer a space to slow down and reconnect.
I’m a qualified Psychotherapist and embodied creative practitioner with over 10 years’ experience supporting young people and adults across the NHS, schools, and community services.
I offer a warm, relaxed, and non-judgmental space for reflection, insight, and deeper self-awareness. Sometimes what we’re feeling can’t be easily put into words. That’s where creative, embodied therapy can help—using movement, imagery, and somatic awareness to gently access and process emotions that may live beyond language. This allows me to adapt to each person’s unique needs, whether they feel more comfortable expressing through words, movement, or other creative forms. This approach can be especially helpful for those who have experienced trauma, chronic stress, or find it difficult to express feelings verbally.
Grounded in psychodynamic theory and trauma-informed principles, I support clients with a wide range of issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship difficulties, identity, cultural challenges, and neurodivergence.
I work in a collaborative, non-directive way, tailoring therapy to your pace and preferences. I bring care, depth, and a grounded presence to my practice, gently supporting you to gain insights into life’s challenges and build a purposeful life aligned with your values. If you’re curious about how this approach might help, I’d be happy to connect for an initial conversation.
Training, qualifications & experience
My journey into this work was shaped by a background in social studies, a genuine interest in how therapy can support healing, self-awareness, and change, and a lifelong passion for dance and creative expression. I trained in Dance Movement Psychotherapy at Goldsmiths University of London and continue to draw on a range of therapeutic tools to support self-awareness, healing, and personal growth.
