About me

I’m a qualified psychotherapist and embodied creative practitioner with over 10 years of experience supporting young people and adults across the NHS, schools, charities, and community services.

I offer a warm, relaxed, and non-judgmental space for reflection, healing, and deeper self-awareness. Life can feel overwhelming, stuck, or confusing at times. Therapy offers a space to slow down, develop insight, build compassion, and explore tools that support meaningful change.

My approach integrates talking therapy with embodied and creative practices, such as movement, imagery, and somatic awareness. Sometimes what we’re feeling can’t be easily expressed in words. These practices can help access and process emotions that may lie beyond language.

Grounded in psychodynamic theory and trauma-informed principles, I work in a collaborative, non-directive way, always tailoring therapy to your pace and preferences. I support clients navigating a wide range of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, relational difficulties, low self-esteem, identity exploration, cultural stressors, and neurodivergence.

I bring care, depth, and a grounded presence to my practice, gently supporting you to explore your experiences, gain insight into life’s challenges, and build a life that feels purposeful and aligned with your values.

If any of this resonates with you, feel free to get in touch to see how we might work together.

Training, qualifications & experience

My journey into this work was shaped by a background in social studies, a genuine interest in how therapy can support healing, self-awareness, and change, and a lifelong passion for dance and creative expression. I trained in Dance Movement Psychotherapy at Goldsmiths University of London and continue to draw on a range of therapeutic tools to support self-awareness, healing, and personal growth.
