About me
I believe that each person is unique and deserves a tailored treatment plan that addresses their needs holistically. My approach integrates evidence-based techniques from Dance Movement Psychotherapy (DMP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Nonviolent Communication (NVC), and trauma-informed breathwork.
I have extensive experience working across diverse clinical settings, from NHS trusts and hospitals to schools, mental health organisations, and community services. I have supported children, adolescents, and adults facing a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, complex trauma, psychosis, learning disabilities, sexual abuse, domestic violence, substance recovery, and identity and cultural complexities.
Whether in individual or group therapy, my approach is collaborative and empowering, fostering resilience, clarity, and lasting change. Movement is often at the core of my practice, not only as a form of expression, but also as a pathway to integration and understanding that transcends the limits of verbal engagement. Somatic work allows clients to reconnect with their bodies, release stored tension, and find new ways of relating to themselves, others, and their environment. Breathwork, mindfulness, and creative processes are woven into sessions, helping clients regulate emotions, build resilience, and uncover healthier patterns of living.
I offer both in-person and online sessions to ensure accessibility and flexibility.
My services include individual psychotherapy and couples therapy. All therapeutic offerings focus on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore challenges, cultivate self-acceptance, and move toward greater balance and fulfilment individually and relationally.
Healing is not about quick fixes; it is about building a sustainable foundation for well-being. My approach empowers clients not only to manage immediate difficulties but also to develop the tools to thrive in the long term. By integrating the mind, body, and environment, my work supports a deeper sense of connection, wholeness, and growth.
