About me
Hi, I’m Kim. I’m an integrative therapist based in Leamington Spa working with women. I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can explore what’s on your mind and begin to make sense of things when life feels tangled or overwhelming.
People come to therapy for many different reasons. You might be feeling anxious, burnt out, stuck in repeating patterns, or struggling with low self-worth. You may be navigating relationship difficulties, the impact of childhood experiences, or a significant life transition such as motherhood, career change, or loss. Often clients come with a sense that something doesn't feel right but they can't put their finger on it, and they want support to understand themselves more deeply and find a different way forward.
I have a special interest in working with highly sensitive, high functioning women who often feel like they're together on the outside, while struggling on the inside.
I believe you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you, helping you explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion. I’m drawn to working at a deeper level, supporting clients to understand the roots of their struggles so that meaningful and lasting change can happen.
As an integrative therapist, I tailor therapy to each individual and mpproach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in building a safe and trusting connection. Together we can gently explore your inner world, make sense of what you’ve been carrying, and begin to find new ways of relating to yourself and others.
If you're considering therapy and wondering whether I might be the right person to talk to, you're very welcome to get in touch for a free 30-minute call so we can explore what you’re looking for and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
