About me

Individual, Couples and Family Psychotherapy, face to face or online. 

I am MSc and CTA qualified with extensive experience helping clients resolve a wide range of difficulties. I have worked in a variety of settings including several years for Harley Street Therapy and Mind. 

I provide short-term and long-term therapy to meet your specific needs. I am DBS checked and practice with the UKCP ethical code for Psychotherapists. 

For Couples, I specialise in resolving unhelpful patterns and cycles of conflict as well as issues around trust, betrayal, abuse, intimacy, sex separation, divorce, family issues, childcare and money. 

For individuals I specialise in working with neurodiversity including Autism and ADHD, and a wide range of issues including, Depression, Anxiety, trauma, low self esteem, panic attacks, phobias, feelings of rejection and abandonment, overwhelming feelings (anger, sadness, fear, loneliness, emptiness and insecurity), low motivation, performance anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and post traumatic stress, sleeping issues, eating disorders, weight control, body image, sexual problems, obsessive and compulsive patterns, OCD, addictions (smoking, gambling, alcohol, sex, internet), loss of a loved one and bereavement and relationship difficulties. 

My approach is based on the latest neuroscientific research for psychotherapeutic healing.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.

As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.

UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
