About me
Hi, I’m Kelsey, a BACP and NCPS registered integrative counsellor, and more importantly, I’m a human being, just like you. I understand that life can be messy, overwhelming, and sometimes downright hard. That’s why I believe in the power of truly listening, without judgment, and offering support as we navigate the ups and downs together.
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Each of us is unique, as are our struggles. That’s why I tailor my work to meet the specific needs of each individual, drawing on a blend of Gestalt, existential, third-wave CBT, person-centred, cognitive-behavioural, and relational psychodynamic therapies. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, loss, neurodivergence, or simply feeling stuck, I offer a space where you can be yourself, no pressure, no expectations, just honest, real support.
If you’re looking for a counsellor who understands that life is complex and healing isn’t linear, I’d love to hear from you.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Further information
As a relational, integrative therapist, I offer a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for LGBTQIA+ individuals and those who identify as neurodivergent. I understand how navigating the world and therapy can be shaped by gender, sexuality, and neurodivergence, and I honour the unique experiences and identities my clients bring.
My approach is grounded in respect, curiosity, and compassion. Whether you’re exploring identity, managing relationships, facing anxiety, masking, or simply seeking to be heard and understood without judgement. I aim to meet you where you are. As someone who is neurodivergent myself, I bring both lived and professional insight into the ways our minds and experiences differ, and I welcome you exactly as you are.
You’re not too much, too sensitive, or too complicated here. You’re human, and your story matters.
