About me

Are you feeling unheard, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to turn?
You don’t have to navigate it alone.

I'm a fully qualified counsellor with over a decade of experience offering a safe, non-judgmental space for women to explore difficult feelings, rebuild after trauma, and reconnect with themselves.

My approach is gentle but not passive — I work collaboratively with you to explore the root causes of your challenges and empower you to find your own answers. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, grief, or the aftershocks of narcissistic abuse or coercive control, I offer a compassionate and grounded presence to support your healing.

Clients often come to me when:

They’ve spent too long prioritising others and feel lost in their own lives
They’ve experienced manipulative or controlling relationships
They’re dealing with profound grief or life changes
They simply need a space where they can speak freely and be truly heard
My practice is rooted in person-centred counselling, but I also bring in reflective and exploratory techniques that support self-awareness, self-trust, and long-term emotional resilience.

What to Expect
Our first meeting is a free, no-obligation consultation where we can explore what you’re looking for and see whether we’re a good fit. There’s no pressure — just space for you to talk and be met with care and respect.

About Me
As well as my private practice, I run Unisus, a care and counselling organisation that supports clients and trainee counsellors alike. I’m also the creator of a podcast that gives women a platform to speak freely — because I believe deeply in the healing power of being heard, both in public and in private.

My work is driven by a commitment to women’s rights, safeguarding, and connection. I’ve been qualified since 2011 and have worked with clients from all walks of life.

Common Issues I Work With:
Narcissistic abuse and coercive control
Loss, bereavement, and life transitions
Anxiety and low mood
Self-doubt, people pleasing, and boundaries
Relationship difficulties
Work stress and burnout
Addiction and self-medicating patterns

You don’t have to have it all figured out before you start. Just bring yourself. I’ll meet you there.
