Intro If you are looking for a supervisor who brings clinical experience, professional clarity, and grounded compassion to your growth as a practitioner—you are in the right place. I offer clinical supervision to both student and qualified counsellors, drawing on 14 years of person-centred practice and a deep respect for the supervisory relationship.
My Supervision Approach I work relationally and reflectively, integrating the Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision to support both your client work and your professional development. This model allows us to explore the therapeutic process from multiple angles—including your internal responses, client dynamics, and the broader social and institutional systems you are working within.
I aim to create a safe, honest space where you can bring your full self—especially when navigating ethical challenges, deep emotional content, or the tensions that arise in politically sensitive work. You will receive support and gentle challenge, always with the intention of helping you grow in confidence, integrity, and self-awareness.
Experience & Focus
Clinical Background: Person-centred counsellor since 2011; supervising since 2012, overseeing students on placement.
Specialisms: Expertise in working with Trauma, Narcissistic Abuse, Coercive Control, Grief, and Relational Dynamics.
Business & Leadership: Alongside my clinical practice, I own and manage a domiciliary care company. This gives me a unique perspective on the intersection of business, ethics, and the care sector, making me a strong match for therapists navigating the practicalities of private practice.
Lived Experience: As a mother and wife, I understand the delicate balance of professional identity and family life. I bring this grounded, real-world perspective to our work, acknowledging the whole person behind the practitioner.
Podcast Host: I host a platform exploring women’s rights, sex-based realities, and the importance of emotional honesty in a shifting social landscape.

Fees & Format
Qualified Counsellors: £60 per session.
Student Rate: £35 per session.
Format: Online or In-person.
Availability: Monthly or fortnightly sessions available.
