Supervision details

Looking for a grounded, supportive, and experienced counselling supervisor?
I offer clinical supervision to both student and qualified counsellors, grounded in over 14 years of person-centred practice and a deep respect for the supervisory relationship.

My Approach
My supervision style is reflective, relational, and exploratory. I aim to create a space where you can bring your whole self as a practitioner — including uncertainty, growth edges, ethical dilemmas, and client work that challenges or moves you.

I believe the supervisory relationship is the foundation of effective supervision. I work in a collaborative, person-centred way, offering both support and gentle challenge to help you develop confidence, deepen your self-awareness, and strengthen your therapeutic practice.

Experience
I’ve been a practising counsellor since 2011 and have been supervising placement students since 2012. My background includes setting up and managing student placements, offering low-cost counselling services, and working with a broad range of client issues, including trauma, grief, coercive control, and relational dynamics.

I’m now extending supervision to practitioners beyond my own organisation, and I particularly enjoy working with counsellors who value honesty, curiosity, and authenticity in the therapeutic process.

Who I Work With
Student counsellors looking for a supportive and robust supervisory experience
Newly qualified therapists building their confidence and private practice
Experienced counsellors wanting reflective space and relational insight

Fees & Format
Supervision sessions from £40 (student rate)
Available online or in-person
Fortnightly or monthly sessions available
Group supervision available on request

If you’re looking for a supervisor who will champion your growth, hold space for complexity, and stay attuned to your development as a practitioner — I’d love to hear from you.
