About me

Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or like you've lost yourself?

On the outside, it might look like you're coping.

You go to work. Keep everyone else going. Get through the day.

But inside, you're exhausted.

You overthink conversations long after they've happened.

You question yourself.

You find it hard to switch off.

You feel responsible for everyone else's feelings while ignoring your own.

Or perhaps you're walking on eggshells in a relationship and wondering when you stopped feeling like yourself.

Maybe you're carrying grief, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or the pressure of always being the strong one.

If any of that resonates, you're not alone.

How I can help
I'm a qualified counsellor offering online counselling across the UK, as well as in-person sessions in Crewe, Cheshire.

I work with adults experiencing:

Anxiety and overthinking
Stress and burnout
Low self-worth and self-doubt
Grief and loss
Relationship difficulties
People-pleasing patterns
Emotional overwhelm
Life transitions and feeling stuck

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally drained, disconnected from themselves, or unsure why they no longer feel like the person they used to be.

Therapy offers a space where you don't have to hold everything together.

A space where you can talk openly, make sense of what's happening, and begin to understand yourself with more compassion and less judgement.

What we might explore together
Every person is different, but therapy may help you:

Manage anxiety, stress and constant overthinking
Understand difficult or unhealthy relationship patterns
Stop second-guessing yourself
Rebuild confidence and self-worth
Work through grief, loss and emotional pain
Develop healthier boundaries
Navigate life changes, separation or career transitions
Understand patterns that keep showing up in your life
You don't need to have the right words.

You don't need to know exactly where to start.

We simply begin where you are and work at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

My approach
My approach is warm, supportive and down-to-earth.

I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where you can be honest about what's really going on without fear of judgement.

You remain in control of what we talk about and how quickly we go.

Alongside talking therapy, I can also integrate additional approaches where appropriate, including:

EMDR
Rewind Therapy
Hypnotherapy
These are always optional and only introduced if they feel right for you.

Online counselling and Walk & Talk Therapy
Many clients choose online counselling because it allows them to access support from the comfort and privacy of their own home.

I also offer Walk & Talk Therapy in the Crewe and Nantwich area for those who prefer being outdoors rather than sitting in a therapy room.

Taking the first step - Reaching out for support can feel daunting.

If you're unsure whether counselling is right for you, we can start with a free, informal chat.

Just an opportunity to ask questions, tell me a little about what's bringing you here, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
